When you meet with me for coffee, it isn’t a pitch or a pressured conversation. It’s presence. It’s space to exhale. It’s a tiny sip into the space we’ll build together during coaching sessions.

Coffee with me is an experiential somatic-based conversation designed for your nervous system, not your mind. While noticing what’s real-the warmth, the weight of the mug, the smells around us, you bring what feels right—your confusion, your curiosity, your ache, your hopes, the thing you can’t name yet. I listen. I reflect. I help you find clarity, compassion, and grounded perspective.

No pressure. Nothing to prove.

Just two humans, present with whatever wants to unfold. And often—without trying—something shifts.
