Core Desire: The Link Between Emotion, Intimacy & Power
This immersive class explores the emotional root of what we truly want—inside and outside the bedroom. You’ll learn what core desires are, how they shape your connection to love, sex, power, and play, and why BDSM might speak to some of those desires in unexpected ways. Through lecture, interactive discussion, and guided somatic practice, you’ll also learn how to tune into your body for the answers you've been searching for—supporting deeper intimacy, clearer communication, and a fuller understanding of your needs and turn-ons.

Class Objective: Core Desire: The Link Between Emotion, Intimacy & Power

Objective:
To help participants understand and identify their core desires—the deep emotional longings that shape their connection to love, sex, power, and play—and to explore how those desires influence their patterns in intimacy and attraction, both inside and outside of sexual experiences.

Through interactive discussion, guided reflection, and somatic practices, participants will:

• Learn what core desires are and how they originate.

• Recognize how core desires show up in emotional and sexual dynamics.

• Explore how their unique desires may influence their interest in certain relational styles, including BDSM.

• Begin to tune into body-based wisdom and sensation as a way to access deeper clarity, self-awareness, and connection.

• Leave with tools to communicate more clearly, connect more fully, and feel more grounded in their own emotional truth.
